Bailey Unicorn Lite
Premium Unicorn touring.
A lighter way to travel.
The 2027 Bailey Unicorn Lite range brings together three very different caravan layouts with one shared idea: delivering the comfort, design and equipment expected from a Bailey Unicorn in a narrower, lighter touring package.
Choose the beautifully simple two-berth Seville, the permanent-bed Valencia, or the island-bed Murcia. Each offers its own answer to the question of how you want to live, relax and sleep while touring.
It's about how you want your caravan to work.
Do you want maximum daytime living space? A permanent double that's always ready? Or a separate island bedroom with access from both sides? Unicorn Lite gives you a clearly defined choice rather than three variations of essentially the same layout.
Which Unicorn Lite feels like yours?
Start with the way you want to use your caravan. The three layouts make the choice surprisingly straightforward.
Seville
Long parallel seating, a beautifully open living space and a full-width rear washroom. Use the front as two singles or convert it into a generous transverse double.
EXPLORE SEVILLEValencia
A permanent double bed gives the Valencia a dedicated sleeping space while retaining the sociable parallel lounge at the front. An enduring layout for couples who like the bed always ready.
EXPLORE VALENCIAMurcia
The island-bed Unicorn Lite. A rear walk-around double and central washroom create clearly defined living and sleeping zones while retaining the 7'3" body width.
EXPLORE MURCIABecause bigger isn't always better for the way you tour.
Unicorn Lite takes a deliberately different approach to the increasingly wide touring caravan. At 2.209m (7'3") wide, every model retains a more traditional touring footprint while still providing the comfort, storage and equipment expected from the Unicorn name.
That can make a meaningful difference on narrow roads, when manoeuvring onto a pitch, when storing your caravan at home and when choosing a suitable tow car. The result is not a stripped-back Unicorn. It is a more compact interpretation of one.
More manageable outside.
Still beautifully considered inside.
Unicorn Lite demonstrates how much can be achieved without automatically moving to an 8ft-wide body. Bailey has used the available space differently in each model, from the Seville's open two-berth arrangement to the Murcia's separate island bedroom.
Premium touring without unnecessary bulk
Weight matters long before you arrive on site. It influences tow-car compatibility, towing behaviour and the overall practicality of ownership. Unicorn Lite keeps all three layouts below the 1,500kg MTPLM mark in standard specification.
Always check the plated weight of the individual caravan and confirm suitability for your tow vehicle.
Lite in name. Not in substance.
Unicorn Lite uses Bailey's Alu-Tech construction system, combining the practical benefits of modern caravan construction with the distinctive curved profile and large front glazing that give the latest Unicorn family its unmistakable appearance.
Across the range you'll find the equipment that turns a caravan into somewhere you genuinely want to spend time — well-planned kitchens, comfortable lounges, heating and hot water, practical storage, modern connectivity and thoughtful lighting.
which Unicorn Lite fits the way you want to tour?
We've been helping people choose them since 1938.
Start with the layout.
Then choose the caravan.
All three models share the Unicorn Lite philosophy, but they use their interior space very differently. The right choice depends less on which is biggest and more on what you want your caravan to do for you every day.
Seville
Seville dedicates almost its entire daytime interior to two people. Long parallel sofas create an unusually generous front lounge, while the full-width rear washroom gives this compact model a distinctly grown-up feel.
At night, use the lounge seating as long singles or convert it into the transverse double. There is no permanent bed occupying valuable floor space during the day.

Valencia
Valencia introduces a permanent rear double while preserving a separate parallel-seat lounge at the front. For couples, that means the bed can remain made throughout the holiday without sacrificing somewhere comfortable to sit.
Convert the front lounge when two additional berths are required, or simply leave it untouched when the caravan is being used by two.
Murcia
Murcia is the largest of the three and uses that extra length to create a dedicated rear bedroom around a permanent island double, with access from either side of the bed.
A central walk-through washroom helps separate sleeping from living, while the front lounge remains available independently. It is the most clearly divided interior in the Unicorn Lite family.

Think about what you don't want to compromise on
Living in them tells a very different story.
What if you simply don't need a permanent bedroom?
The Bailey Unicorn Lite Seville is the most compact member of the family and the only dedicated two-berth. Rather than giving valuable floor space to a permanent bed, Seville uses it to create a remarkably generous living area for two people.
That makes it particularly appealing if your caravan is primarily somewhere to relax, dine and enjoy the view during the day — and you are happy to transform that same space when it's time to sleep.

Long sofas. Open floor.
A proper place to relax.
The parallel lounge creates two long seating areas with a clear walkway between them. Stretch out, sit opposite one another for dinner or simply enjoy the feeling of space created by the large front glazing.
For couples who spend most of their waking hours in the lounge rather than the bedroom, the logic of Seville is difficult to ignore.

if two people would rather have the living space?

One lounge.
Two ways to sleep.
At bedtime, the long parallel seating gives the Seville its sleeping accommodation. Use the sofas as separate singles or convert the front into a generous transverse double.
By morning, the bedroom disappears again and the full living space returns.
A full-width washroom
Seville uses the rear of the caravan for a dedicated washroom spanning the width of the body, including a separate shower, toilet, vanity and useful storage.
It is one of the features that makes this relatively compact two-berth feel much more substantial once you're inside.

EXPLORE THE BAILEY UNICORN LITE SEVILLEMeet the Valencia.
Keep the lounge.
Leave the bed made.
The Bailey Unicorn Lite Valencia changes the proposition completely. A permanent rear double gives you a dedicated sleeping space, while the parallel front lounge remains available throughout the day.
For couples taking longer trips, that separation can make the caravan feel less like one space performing several jobs and more like a compact holiday home with somewhere to live and somewhere to sleep.

You don't have to choose between lounge and bedroom
During the day, the Valencia's front parallel sofas remain a proper living room. There is no bedding to put away and no reason to disturb the rear double.
At night, the same arrangement means one person can retire while the other remains in the lounge — one of the less obvious benefits of having genuinely separate living and sleeping zones.
Leave the lounge exactly as it is.
Arrive.
Unwind. Sleep.
The Valencia's permanent longitudinal rear double measures 1.32m × 1.90m (4'4" × 6'3") and can remain made throughout your trip.
Bedding stays where it belongs, the lounge stays clear and there is no nightly routine of rearranging cushions before you can go to sleep.

A bedroom above.
Useful storage below.
The permanent bed also creates substantial storage beneath, giving bulkier touring equipment somewhere to live without filling the cupboards you use every day.
Four berths when you need them
When family or guests come along, the front parallel lounge converts into a second double. When you're touring as a couple, simply leave it as a lounge and use the permanent rear bed.
If you want the convenience of a permanent bed while retaining a separate front lounge, explore the complete Valencia page for its full specification, photography and layout details.
EXPLORE THE BAILEY UNICORN LITE VALENCIAMeet the Murcia.
The Unicorn Lite with a bedroom of its own.
The Bailey Unicorn Lite Murcia is the largest of the three layouts and uses that additional length to create the most clearly divided interior in the range: front lounge, central kitchen and washroom, then a dedicated rear island bedroom.
Yet it retains the same 2.209m (7'3") overall width as Seville and Valencia, with a standard MTPLM of 1,471kg.

Your side.
My side.
Murcia's permanent island double can be approached from either side. Neither sleeper is positioned against the wall, and there is no need for one person to climb across the other.
At 1.39m × 1.90m (4'6" × 6'3"), it becomes the centrepiece of a proper rear bedroom with wardrobes, bedside space and dedicated lighting.

A proper bedroom at the back.

A washroom that helps divide the caravan
The Murcia places its washroom facilities across the centre of the caravan, with a dedicated separate shower and the toilet and vanity facilities opposite.
The arrangement creates a natural transition into the rear bedroom and gives the Murcia a greater sense of separation between daytime living and sleeping.
Storage and lighting
where you need them
Wardrobe space, overhead lockers, bedside surfaces and directional reading lights help make the island-bed area feel like a permanent bedroom rather than simply a large bed at the back of the caravan.

The bedroom stays untouched
Murcia is a four-berth caravan. When additional sleeping space is required, the parallel front lounge converts into a second double while the permanent island bedroom remains exactly as it is.
If you want a permanent island bedroom, access from both sides of the bed and greater separation between living and sleeping spaces, explore the complete Murcia model page.
EXPLORE THE BAILEY UNICORN LITE MURCIAThe adventures are why you buy one.
The caravan is only the beginning of the story.
Touring isn't really about weights, dimensions or specification sheets. It's about waking somewhere different, eating together, sitting outside for longer than expected and having your own comfortable space waiting when the day is over.

Breakfast can take
as long as you like
The parallel front lounges across the Unicorn Lite family create a naturally sociable space. Eat, talk, plan the day or simply decide that there is no particular reason to rush anywhere.
Sometimes the best plan
is no plan at all
A permanent bedroom in the Valencia or Murcia gives you somewhere to disappear with a book, take an afternoon break or simply enjoy a little separation from the main living area.

Then go somewhere worth waking up.

Comfortable enough to feel
like your own space
Good caravan design is often about ordinary moments. Storage where you expect it, useful mirrors, proper washroom facilities, warm water, good lighting and enough room to get ready without the interior feeling like an obstacle course.
Your living space doesn't
end at the caravan wall
Chairs out, table set and the caravan becomes the centre of a much larger living space. Unicorn Lite gives you the comfort inside; touring gives you the freedom to choose what sits outside the window.

The equipment quietly makes them easier to enjoy.
more time away doing the things you enjoy.
Three layouts. Side by side.
All three are single-axle, 2.209m (7'3") wide Unicorn Lites. The major differences are length, weight and — most importantly — how each caravan uses its interior space.

Specifications can narrow down the choice, but the best way to understand Seville, Valencia and Murcia is to spend time inside them. Visit United British Caravans in North Gosforth and see how each layout feels for yourself.
You decide which one feels right.
One couple may value the Seville's enormous daytime lounge. Another may never want to make a bed again and prefer Valencia. Others will walk around the Murcia's island bed and immediately understand why that layout matters to them.
