Bailey Unicorn Lite
Seville
Small in footprint. Unmistakably Unicorn.
The compact Unicorn
Premium touring, distilled into a beautifully compact two-berth
The Bailey Unicorn Lite Seville takes everything that makes the Unicorn name special and packages it into the most compact model in the new Unicorn family. Designed specifically for two, it combines genuinely manageable dimensions and an exceptionally accessible towing weight with the comfort, equipment and finish expected from one of Bailey's most celebrated caravan ranges.
At just 1,206kg MTPLM, the Seville opens premium Unicorn touring to a much wider choice of tow cars. Yet step inside and the emphasis is not on compromise. There is a generous parallel front lounge, a fully-equipped rear kitchen and a full-width end washroom complete with its own separate shower and wardrobe.
“A proper Unicorn for couples who want less caravan to tow — not less caravan to enjoy.”
Compact by design
Easy to live with. Easier to tow.
For customers who need more carrying capacity, Bailey lists an optional weight-plate upgrade to 1,300kg MTPLM, increasing the available payload to 218kg.

The heart of the Seville
A compact caravan that refuses to feel compact
Step inside the Bailey Unicorn Lite Seville and the first impression is one of light and space. Long parallel sofas stretch along either side of the front lounge, creating a comfortable place for two to relax without sacrificing the open character that makes this layout so appealing.
Above the lounge, Bailey's distinctive front Infinity window draws daylight deep into the interior. Combined with the large side windows, rooflight and pale new-generation Unicorn finishes, it helps the Seville feel considerably larger inside than its compact external dimensions suggest.
Parallel seating gives two people room to stretch out while retaining an open central walkway.
Light from above
The Infinity window changes the whole room
The front lounge is framed by one of the defining features of the modern Unicorn: the large vertical front Infinity window. It adds another source of natural light directly above the central front chest and gives the lounge a more open, contemporary character.
It's particularly effective in the Seville. In a caravan designed around two people, the combination of glazing, uninterrupted sightlines and a restrained interior palette makes excellent use of every centimetre without making the living area feel crowded.
A new generation of Unicorn
Calm, contemporary and unmistakably premium
Bailey's latest Unicorn interior moves towards a warmer, more residential feel. Natural Oak and Stone Grey furniture is complemented by Natural Stone work surfaces, softly curved overhead lockers and the Romeo soft-furnishing scheme, creating an interior that feels sophisticated without becoming fussy.
Furniture
Natural Oak and Stone Grey tones give the Seville a warmer contemporary character.
Upholstery
Romeo soft furnishings bring texture and contrast to the light-filled lounge.
Lighting
Carefully positioned LED lighting keeps the lounge inviting after daylight fades.
Breakfast for two. Dinner for four.
Dining that adapts to the occasion
The Seville's front chest provides a convenient everyday surface between the sofas, while the freestanding table gives you a larger dining area when you want it. It's a simple arrangement, but one that suits a two-berth exceptionally well: compact when you're relaxing and properly sociable when it's time to eat.
One room. Two personalities.
When evening arrives, the lounge becomes the bedroom
And this is where the Seville's two-berth layout really earns its place in the Unicorn family.
Day to night
One beautifully simple layout.
Two very different ways to enjoy it.
The Seville makes clever use of its compact footprint. By keeping the generous lounge at the front, the kitchen towards the rear and the washroom across the full width of the caravan, Bailey has created a two-berth layout that feels logical, uncluttered and exceptionally easy to live with.
During the day, the long parallel sofas create an inviting front lounge with a clear central walkway through to the kitchen and full-width rear washroom.
NIGHT
A generous transverse double
At night, the parallel front lounge converts into a generous transverse double bed, while the kitchen and full-width rear washroom remain accessible.
The same Seville footprint, shown in its daytime and nighttime configurations. Only the front living area changes.
Lounge by day. Bedroom by night.
Stretch out together — or sleep separately
The Seville gives couples a choice at bedtime. The parallel front seats can be used as two single beds, avoiding the need to make up a double every evening, or the lounge can be transformed into a generous transverse double bed when you prefer to sleep together.
Bailey lists the double at approximately 1.51m × 1.88m, while the individual singles extend to approximately 1.94m in length. It's a particularly useful choice in a compact two-berth because the layout adapts to the way you actually tour rather than dictating how the space must be used.
The front lounge transforms into a generous double while leaving the rear of the caravan accessible.
1.94m
Long single beds
Use the parallel seats independently for a simple bedtime setup.
1.51 × 1.88m
Double bed
Convert the lounge when you want one large shared sleeping area.
2 Berth
Designed around two
Every major living area is dedicated to making touring comfortable for a couple.
Small caravan. Serious storage.
The clever details make the difference
A genuinely useful compact caravan needs more than clever dimensions. It needs somewhere sensible for everything you take with you. Around the Seville, Bailey has worked storage into the furniture rather than allowing it to dominate the living space.
Storage where you need it
Overhead lockers run above the lounge while the front chest provides additional accessible storage directly between the seats. Further storage beneath the seating makes good use of space that would otherwise be wasted.
Designed for touring, not just displaying
The important point is how unobtrusive it all feels. Close the lockers and drawers and the Seville returns to the clean, calm interior seen throughout the new Unicorn family.
The Seville doesn't try to squeeze four people into a small caravan. It gives two people more of what matters.
Next: the kitchen
Compact dimensions haven't meant compact equipment
The Seville's rear kitchen brings together the cooking, refrigeration and preparation equipment needed for proper touring — without overwhelming the living space.
The Seville kitchen
Everything you need to cook properly — in a kitchen that still leaves room to live
Compact caravans can sometimes make the kitchen feel like an afterthought. The Unicorn Lite Seville takes a different approach. Its rear kitchen is a proper working space, combining cooking appliances, refrigeration, preparation surfaces and storage in a layout that remains open to the lounge.
The Natural Stone-effect work surfaces and splashbacks continue the contemporary Unicorn interior theme, while carefully positioned lighting makes the kitchen equally usable after dark.
Oven & Grill
Combined Unit
More than tea and toast
A kitchen designed for real meals
Bailey equips the Seville with a dual-fuel hob, giving you the flexibility of gas burners alongside an electric hotplate when you're connected to a suitable mains supply.
Below, a combined oven and grill handles the main cooking duties, while the microwave above provides a quick option when you don't want to use the full kitchen.
The result is a compact cooking area that doesn't restrict the sort of meals you can prepare when you're away.
Preparation space
Worktop that earns its space
The kitchen work surface provides useful preparation space around the sink and hob, while additional surfaces nearby can be brought into play when you're preparing a larger meal.
Chilled and ready
92 litres of refrigeration in a two-berth tourer
The 92-litre Dometic refrigerator gives the Seville useful food and drink capacity for longer trips as well as weekends away. Its position beneath additional worktop makes efficient use of the available floor space without introducing a tall refrigerator cabinet into the open-plan interior.
It's in the details
Thoughtful touches throughout the interior
Modern touring
Connected, powered and ready to get away
The Seville may be the lightest member of the Unicorn family, but its equipment is firmly aimed at contemporary touring.
130W Solar Panel
Factory-fitted lightweight Truma solar support for greater independence when touring.
SONOS Speaker
Portable premium audio forms part of the new-generation Unicorn interior experience.
Wireless Charging
Convenient charging for compatible devices without another cable across the lounge.
Wi-Fi Ready
Prepared for an optional Avtex mobile Wi-Fi system when staying connected matters.
And behind the kitchen...
One of the Seville's biggest surprises
A full-width rear washroom with its own separate shower and wardrobe — in a caravan measuring little more than 18 feet overall.
Full-width rear washroom
Compact outside. Surprisingly grown-up at the rear.
The Seville's layout saves one of its strongest features until the very back of the caravan. Rather than squeezing the facilities into a small corner compartment, Bailey uses the full width of the body to create a dedicated rear washroom.
There's a separate shower cubicle, toilet, illuminated vanity area and useful wardrobe storage. For two people touring together, separating this area from the main living space makes the Seville feel considerably more substantial than its dimensions suggest.
Separate Shower A dedicated shower cubicle keeps the rest of the washroom dry and usable.
Illuminated Vanity Basin, mirror and integrated lighting create a practical preparation area.
Wardrobe Storage Hanging space is incorporated into the rear area without intruding into the lounge.
Touring beyond summer
Truma Combi Neo heating and hot water
The Unicorn Lite Seville uses a Truma Combi Neo 4E system to provide blown-air heating and hot water. It can operate using gas or suitable mains electric power, giving you flexibility according to where and how you're touring.
Combined with Bailey's insulated Alu-Tech body construction, that makes the Seville much more than a fair-weather weekend caravan.
Built the Bailey way
Lightweight doesn't mean lightly specified
The Seville is built using Bailey's Alu-Tech bodyshell construction, combining the low towing weight that defines the Unicorn Lite range with the structural and thermal qualities expected of a modern Bailey touring caravan.
Power
130W Truma Solar Panel Lightweight factory-fitted solar support helps maintain the leisure battery when touring.
Stability
AL-KO ATC Active Trailer Control provides an additional layer of stability assistance while towing.
Hitch
AL-KO Stabiliser A stabiliser hitch forms part of the Seville's touring-focused chassis equipment.
Security
AL-KO Secure Provision for the recognised AL-KO Secure wheel-lock system adds physical security.
