The 2026 Bailey Pegasus Black Edition Portofino is a premium, 8-foot-wide, single-axle, 4-berth touring caravan, this specific model is designed for couples or small families who want maximum interior living space without moving up to a heavy, twin-axle tourer.
The defining theme of the Black Edition is a bold styling overhaul, adding matte black fixtures, bold cobalt-and-black exterior graphics, and an ultra-contemporary interior look
The Portofino's extra width allows for a highly functional three-zone layout that isolates the rear bedroom for maximum privacy:
- Front Lounge & Entertainment: Features parallel front seating with long, sprung bunks that easily convert into a large double bed. The lounge is illuminated by Bailey's signature vertical front infinity window and includes modern touches like a wireless phone charger and a portable SONOS Bluetooth speaker with Alexa voice control.
- L-Shaped Kitchen: Redesigned for 2026 into a peninsula/L-shape configuration to provide more worktop space. It includes a Thetford dual-fuel hob (3 gas rings, 1 electric hotplate), a separate oven and grill, a built-in microwave, and a 103-litre Dometic fridge positioned directly opposite.
- Central Walk-Through Washroom: Acts as a dressing room and divider between the lounge and bedroom. It features a separate shower cubicle, cassette toilet, and washbasin. A key innovation is the two-part bifold door; when swung open, its corner tracks dynamically across the corridor to maximize spatial clearance in both the washroom and bedroom.
- Rear Bedroom: Housing a luxurious, longitudinal fixed king-size island bed. It features flanking wardrobes, overhead lockers, a vanity area, and a floor-to-ceiling black-framed mirror
Premium Features & Mechanics
